We Had Hard Water

We have had your Rainsoft Water Treatment System for more than 2 years now. We are very glad we bought the system, as our water is very hard. The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells form the running water as it flowed form the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink directly from the faucet. We used to have the Brita filtration system and we do not have to use it anymore. We have two litle kids who like to drink lots of water and they now enjoy the water very much. When taking a shower, we noticed out hair and skin being softer. We have a hot tub and used to get lime on the sensor and in the tub, this has been greatly reduced. We used to get mineral deposits on the shower and faucet heads which no longer occur. The humidifier we use developed mineral deposits on the heating element. We had to soak it for 24 hours in Lime Away to remove it. We no longer have to do that.

Also we enjoy the soaps and detergents given to us. We are saving money because we are still using your products.

We have also had a great response when we called regarding problems we had resetting the unit after adding salt tablets. The people we spoke with talked us through the processt to help us reset the unit.
